The bid deadline is Friday at 11:59 pm. All bids received prior to that time will be reviewed by the Seller and responded to according to the offer, terms and deadlines.
All bids submitted must be on a on a Purchase and Sale Agreement. All amendments and exhibits must also be submitted with the bid, plus condo addendums as required.
If the R-BID property is being listed as active in the MLS, then the property is available for Bid's. Please be aware that multiple offers may be submitted. Total number of bids as well as any offer terms will not be disclosed.
AGENT INSTRUCTIONS
In order that your buyers receive the best chance of acceptance, and based upon my experience with the R-BID process, I would suggest the following items be addressed in the offer.
Cash Offers Preferred. Offers that include a financing contingency must be submitted with a strong pre-approval letter stating that the buyer has applied and has met bank criteria in regard to the stated loan amount. Appraisals, inspections and loan commitment shall be completed within 14 days. Please download the submission form (below) and email or fax to our office at 954-764-7637.
Submit your bid on or before the bid deadline to the listed agent. The agent is listed as such in the broker information section of the MLS listing. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt of your offer from the agent, please FAX your bid to 954-764-7637. If you would like to receive a copy of the sellers’ property disclosure or have any questions about an R-BID property, please fill out the online request form below. Be sure and indicate in the comments the property address the buyer is interested in and specifically what you are requesting. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
**All co-operating real estate agents will receive a 3% commission paid to their real estate broker upon the successful sale and closing, provided the sale and/or any counter bid to purchase is not conditioned upon the Sellers' bank/mortgage company approval.
